I am gonna have another go at growing a #Mo! I'm also going to try and get out there and get at least 60 miles on the daps, not in one go, as if!... One of these will be much easier than the other. If I raise a £Fiver I will be content. It is time to put the man up culture in the bin.

Tackling Prostate cancer, Testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
