This year I’m taking on Movember again — growing the tache and running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday, 12 April 2026 — to raise awareness and funds for men’s health. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are toughing it out, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. I’m running and fundraising to help change that — to start conversations, to break the stigma, and to help stop men dying too young. Every donation, big or small, helps fund life-changing mental health and suicide prevention projects!
