My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

10 years as a Mo Bro and almost into my third year as a Movember Sports Ambassador!

A charity that's been close to my heart for a long time because of the work they do, for mental health and suicide prevention in particular, and this year I'm hoping to be able to raise more money and awareness than I've ever managed previously.

You'll know men that have had their struggles with mental health/suicidal thoughts whether you know it or not, and if you'd like to donate so that Movember can carry on helping men like them that'd be awesome and I'd really appreciate it.

The donations genuinely do help to keep me motivated through the month.

Thanks!

Thanks for all the support so far and hopefully we raise a really good amount for a great cause.

Previous year's posts

Remember you have until Thursday 9th December at 10pm to get those final donations in and bump your way up that Sports Challenge leaderboard. Thank you for being a part of an amazing Movember campaign.... please watch!

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday!
End the month with a bang and encourage your generous friends, family and colleagues to boost your fundraising efforts on the most charitable day of the year. Why not try the Facebook Fundraiser button on your page if you haven't already done so?

Sports teams across the UK have raised almost £400,000 as I write. Leading the way for the teams are Farnham RUFC, Ironsideburns & Addix Fitness. Jamie Settle, Joe Stokes & Chris Hall head up the individual leader board. Well done all!

It's mid-month and the Mos are coming through strong. Farnham RUFC lead the way in the Sports Challenge fundraising leaderboard as I write, but where do you feature?

Don't forget to thank your donors and give potential donors an extra incentive to donate; an example of a Movember funded project, a special thanks from you, or simply because of the terrible itch your moustache is giving you. Thanks sporting Mos, we are over £200,000 raised and going strong!

Good afternoon sports fans and happy Movember 1st!

Whether you are growing, running, cycling, lifting or doing something completely different to raise funds and awareness, best of luck!

Share this video and your motivation for taking part.

Grow your Mo, grow your team and have fun doing good.

Why do you Mo? Bristol Uni football team are taking part in Movember in memory of a teammate. Share your motivations with your network and build your team for the campaign. Click the share buttons on your team page and spread the word.

Plan for the month:
Mon: Black Dog (heavy weighted circuit)
Tue: Leg Day (max out the squats)
Wed: Weakness Wednesday (everything hate doing/I'm bad at)
Thu: Thicc Thursdays (basically just training glutes)
Fri: Flex Friday (tshirt workout)
Sat: Heavy. Deads. (max out the deadlifts)
Sun: Members Choice (different workout picked by members of the studio)
Also doing a 2000m row, 36 Snatches with 40kg (1,440kg = 1kg for every male that commits suicide every day globally) every day + 20 Push Ups, 20 Squats & 10 cals on the Assault Bike every time I enter the studio.
Going to be very tired by Dec 1st.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
