Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year marks my 16th Movember, and it’s as meaningful as ever.
Over the years, I’ve seen friends, colleagues, and family face physical and mental health challenges that, too often, could have been prevented with earlier action or a simple conversation.

Growing the Mo isn’t just about a bit of fun (though there’s that too). It’s a reminder that men’s health still doesn’t get the attention it deserves; especially when it comes to speaking up, checking in, and taking action before it’s too late.

So this month, I’m raising funds and awareness for men’s physical and mental health. If you can, please support by donating, sharing the page, or simply checking in on a mate.
