My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This is my 14th year helping Movember raise much needed funds and awareness around men's health! I personally have had friends and family affected by physical and mental health challenges which are largely preventable.

This is just a small gesture to raise the awareness for us all to look out for each other in a world where men's physical and mental health problems still go largely unnoticed until it's too late.
