This year I’ll be running the New York City Marathon in support of the Movember Foundation — and it’s one that means a lot to me for a few reasons.

Running New York has always been high on my list. It’s one of those iconic races I’ve wanted to do for years, so just being on that start line is something I’m genuinely excited about. But this time, it’s about more than just ticking off a marathon.

I’m also running in memory of a dear friend who passed away far too early and is greatly missed. Losing him is a constant reminder of how important it is to look after our health and to support each other — especially when it comes to things that aren’t always openly talked about.

That’s why I’m supporting Movember, who do incredible work around men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and cancer awareness.

As part of this, I’m aiming to raise $4,000. It’s a big target, but one I’d love to reach with your support along the way.

Training for a marathon isn’t always easy, and I know there’ll be tough days — which is why having people behind me genuinely makes a difference.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it really does help — and it motivates me every step of the way.
