For men's health awareness, this movement finds its stride,

Breaking down the silence, an important, vital game.
The razors are paused, the upper lip's a canvas bare,
For the "mo bros" and "mo sisters" who gather everywhere.
From the Chevron to the Dali, the styles are on display,
A lighthearted symbol for a serious cause's way.
It's more than just the whiskers, the funds that people raise,]
It's conversations started, in these important days.
To talk about well-being, to check in on a mate, ]

What a fantastic recent testimony and inspiration from Sir Chris Hoy about his dealing with his diagnosed prostrate cancer.
Let’s all help where possible, to fund lifesaving research to develop more sensitive tests that allow prostate cancer to be diagnosed earlier and result in better health outcomes for men.
