My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer

This year, I’m running 1,100 miles between January and November to raise money for Movember—a cause close to my heart.

Why? Because men’s health matters.

Prostate cancer has affected both my family and Sarah’s in deeply personal ways. It’s a battle too many men face—often in silence.

I’m running for them. And for every dad, brother, son, and mate out there.

Every mile is a step towards better awareness, earlier diagnoses, and stronger support for men’s mental and physical health.

And yes—come November, I’ll be growing the obligatory ‘tache too (despite Sarah’s protests). It might not be pretty, but it’s for a pretty great cause.

1,100 Miles for Men's Health – Final Stretch!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s donated so far—I’ve been genuinely blown away by your generosity.

Progress update:

October was a big month—I clocked up 158.3 miles (that’s the equivalent of six marathons!), bringing my total to 1,006 miles. That means I’ve got just 94 miles to go in November to hit the full 1,100.

I’m back in my stride, clean-shaven, and ready to grow the ‘tache for the final push. It’s crunch time—and every mile, every donation, and every conversation helps change the face of men’s health.

Progress update:

I’ve smashed through 929.9 miles so far—but with just over 170 miles left and only a month to go, it’s crunch time!

Summer threw me off—holidays, illness, and even losing a fight with a bee (don’t ask)—but I’m back in stride and determined to hit the full 1,100.

Every pound helps save lives. Please support me with a donation—big or small.

1100 Miles for Men's Health

This year, I’ve set myself a big challenge: to run 1100 miles between 1 January and the end of November, all to raise money for Movember—a charity that means a lot to me.

Why? Because men’s health matters.

Prostate cancer has affected both my family and Sarah’s in deeply personal ways. It’s a battle too many men face—often in silence.

So I’m running for them. And for every dad, brother, son, and mate out there.

Every mile is a step towards better awareness, earlier diagnoses, and stronger support for men’s mental and physical health.

And yes… come November, I’ll be growing the obligatory ‘tache too (despite Sarah’s protests). It might not be pretty—but it’s for a pretty great cause.

Let’s change the face of men’s health—one mile (and one moustache) at a time.
