Target: £300
raised £2,414 since 2011
My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.
And so I'm taking part in Movember 2024 and really looking forward to raising awareness of all the help that Movember provides to all men out there!
Movember 2024 comes at just the right time for me, following the struggle of the past 16 months, with all the surgery, antibiotics, hospital stays and home recuperation.
It will give me something to focus on positively again!
I'm thankful to be back working for St Austell Brewery and to be back at Home Park again!
let's Mo!
Love and Best Wishes

the final day of Movember 2019. it's been another fun hairy month. last year was the cannabis suit in the garage. today it's a flowery shirt. there is still time to help me meet my modest target. every penny helps this great campaign. thank you x

Happy Movember you lovely peoples! I have been a Mo Bro for the last 7 years, and I love this month when it comes around every year. But I have kept the poster from last year up at work all year round, because having the conversations about Men's health is an all year round thing. Trust me, I really do know and I'm living it every day!

Two weeks into Movember and Mo is coming along nicely! I've got beard oil to keep it moisturised and full of vitamins! Today is also day 997 of sobriety. I can't quite believe I've managed to keep going for almost 1000 days. have a little something planned to celebrate the landmark.

Its Movember Eve! really going for it this year in raising awareness and hopefully spreading the word about Mens Health issues.
