My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having lost a close friend to testicular cancer, i annually take part in Movember raising awareness of men's Cancer, and health issues.
More recently i have lost my Mother to Bladder Cancer, Uncle to Prostate Cancer, and a fellow Dad and friend from the school playground to another cancer. Unfortunately my life has been massively altered due Cancer in general.

Men don't talk about it, but maybe we should be more vocal about Testicular, Prostate cancer, and men's health in general, physical and mental.
After all it only takes a second or two to check your in good shape, or reach out for a helping hand
