My motivation

I'm raising money and awareness for men's mental health in memory of my dear friend Glyn.

We lost Glyn to suicide a year ago, and it's horrible to think that every minute, suicide takes another man's life.

I'm running at least 60 miles this month, one mile for each of the 60 men lost every hour.
