My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health

Hopefully, this year I will be able to grow a Mo to support Men's health, after last year the boys doing it for me. Mental health issues have closely affected the family this year and this is my major motivation to spread the word about mental health issues.

I still want to pass on the information about HPV vaccination so please read about it if you have teenage to age 25 children.

My cancer last year was confirmed to be HPV-16 related. This means if I had a jab when I was a teenager I might not have got it. It wasn't available then but since September 2019, all children aged 11-13 in the UK can get the HPV vaccine.
The vaccination is available up to the age of 25. Please take some time to investigate HPV related cancers and check if you or your children have had the HPV jab. If not please have a look into the research and consider vaccination to reduce the chance of getting an HPV related cancer. Trust me I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through last year.
