Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young. I have witnessed a heap of mental health issue growing due to my role in the ambulance service and not only witnessing patients and colleagues struggle I’ve fallen into the darkness myself and come out the other side. Be good to unite with a mo and save a bro for sure!

This year we ( Cornwall ambulance staff ) cycling 100 miles of Cornish coast.

Teamed up with local embroidery company to make kernow flag iron on patches with a thin green line to represent the ambulance service. £2 from every patch will be donated to Movember.

And obviously representing the moustache and supporting others to grow a mo.

Thank you for taking the time to read and support.

The Cornish coast is no better place to be at when you’re trying to better your mental health, needing a peaceful moment. So I’m running the Eden Project Half Marathon to raise some awareness and cash
