My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

As someone who has lived with mental health challenges for most of my life and has come close to taking my own life on more than one occasion, raising money for Men's Mental Health and Suicide Prevention is a cause that means a great deal to me.

Throughout my life, I've often been told to "toughen up" or "man up," but no one should feel pressured to suffer in silence. Mental health struggles can affect anyone, and everyone deserves the support, understanding, and help they need.

Good on you Dan! It's great to see you raising awareness for such an important cause. Keep going, and remember that even the smallest steps can make a big difference. You're doing something that genuinely matters.

As E. Hemingway once wrote: "The world breaks everyone, and afterward, many are strong at the broken places."

For Movember, I'm completing 3,000 dumbbell reps throughout November to raise money for Men's Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. As someone who has struggled with mental health throughout my life, this challenge represents showing up every day, even when it's difficult.
