My motivation

I am motivated to take part in Movember because I want to raise awareness of men’s health and help support those who may be struggling with their physical or mental health. I believe it is important to encourage men to speak openly about their problems and not feel embarrassed to ask for help. By growing a moustache throughout November, I hope to help spread awareness, start conversations and raise money for a good cause. I am proud to be taking part in something that could make a positive difference to people’s lives.

I loved playing alongside Jamie for years, he was always funny, cracking jokes, just the type of person that brought happiness to everyone around him. Most of all I enjoyed the banter we would have between us supporting rival teams when at football or bumping into each other. You will be dearly missed jamie boy.
