My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

As many of you will know, on 21 November 2021, Zoe and I very nearly lost our Son Barney to suicide. No warning; no danger signs - just a knock at the door at 4am to tell us to get to Intensive Care as quickly as possible.

Against all the odds, and due to immediate CPR from his mates and the wonderful care of Yorkshire Ambulance Service and the teams at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals he survived. Not only did he survive - he has thrived.

He now spends every November raising money for this wonderful charity that support all aspects of Mens Health including mental health and prostate & testicular cancer.

This year I've joined his team to help raise money. Whether I will be able to grow a Mo is highly debatable but I will do the exercise challenges.

So if you can help, in any small way. I would be hugely grateful.
