Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them!

For those of you who are in the know, you'll know I lost a close friend last year who had his own battle with cancer. As a fierce bloke in life, he's someone I'll miss. Given his participation in Movember, I only thought it right to give it a shot myself!
