My motivation

This Movember, I’m growing a moustache and running 5 km every day to raise awareness and funds for men’s health.

It’s about more than facial hair — it’s about starting conversations around mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Too many men stay silent when they’re struggling, and I want to help change that.

Every mile, every conversation, and every donation helps make a difference. Together, we can stop men from dying too young.
