My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

As someone who has dealt with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts through adulthood, I know how tough it is when you're not feeling okay. I also know that being open and talking, and being aware that you aren't struggling alone is so relieving, and helps break that feeling of needing to "man up". Sometimes the worst feeling is feeling alone in it all.

I recently experienced a loss. And whilst being in the public eye (at least online) and contending with mental health issues is not always easy, it also presents a wonderful opportunity to spread awareness, share my stories, and encourage to share theirs too. I hope we in the FPL community can do something positive together!

Hey man. So sorry to hear what you've gone through. My wife and I had a hell of a pregnancy... I was at risk of losing her and the baby. We pulled through, thank god. Until we did, every day was hell for us and me... I felt horrible stuck in an endless pit, helpless... I'm sure you guys will pull through, just like us, and precious moments will make all this a distant fading memory.
