My motivation

Men’s mental health is something close to home for me. Like many men, I’ve had my own challenges — especially with opening up and being honest about how I’m feeling. I’m usually someone who keeps things to myself, so doing this is a step outside my comfort zone.

But if it helps start a conversation for someone else, or encourages one person to check in on a friend, then it’s worth it.
