Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I grew a Mo 10 years ago, so I'm coming back to do it again!!

Why am I concerned about men’s health?

I believe that there should be a national screening programme for prostate cancer which would help to reduce the figures of 1,000 men passing away per month from this condition which is the most common form of cancer in men over 45

26% of men are less likely to go the doctor compared to women and they are definitely less likely to talk about their health, physical or mental than women too!
