Men's health

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in particular prostate cancer!

This is close to my heart, my dad had prostate cancer, it was a huge scary time for our family but we are thankful he faced his fears and went to the Doctors early enough for it not to have spread anywhere else… So many men just don’t open up enough about things that are on their mind….. and so for my dad, my brother, my sons, my grandson and for every man I know and to those I don’t I am going to give up something that I love and hopefully raise some money in the process…….Dig Deep!!!!!!!
