My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

We should have a society in which men don't have to struggle in silence, where they are not having to pray that help will come without knowing where to turn. Sadly, this is often the case for many men, but Movember are working to change that and I want to help by raising money to allow them to continue with the important work they are doing.

To help convince you to donate, I will be running the:

- Eastleigh 10km on 22 March 2026;
- London Landmarks half-marathon on 12 April 2026; and
- ABP Southampton Marathon on 3 May 2026.

I also recently completed the Basingstoke half-marathon on 5 October 2025, and completed my first ever 20-mile run on 26 October 2025.
