My motivation

As someone who is deeply grateful for his health, I believe it’s not something to take for granted. I know I could benefit from shedding a few kilos myself, and Movember is a great opportunity to turn awareness into action—not just for me, but for others too.
This cause is personal. I lost my father to Parkinson’s disease and my best man to COVID. I also have close friends who are battling prostate cancer. These experiences have shown me how fragile life can be and how important it is for men to take their health seriously.
That’s why I’m proud to support Movember 2026. I want to encourage as many men as possible to prioritize their well-being—whether it’s through daily movement, regular health check-ups, or simply talking more openly about physical and mental health. Every small step counts.
Let’s move together, grow together, and change the face of men’s health.
