My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

I'm moving for 60km this month - one km for each of the 60 men we lose per hour to poor mental health.

Due to significant difficulty growing a 'tache (and running in the dark being a terrifying activity) I've decided to dust off the old rowing machine and get moving for Men's mental health
