Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men's mental health is a topic too many of us don't want to talk about, which is why we lose one man every minute to suicide. I suffer from really dark bouts of depression and know how low you can get.
Lets do something positive together and raise money for mental health charities.

It's good to see mens health being taken seriously, its perhaps more of a problem then is widely reported, I certainly know from experience as I've never spoken up on issues I've personally faced, silence seems to be the way of most men sadly.
