My motivation

This Movember, I'm regrowing the Mo and running the Hackney half in memory of Alistair, a close friend I lost to suicide 7 years ago. His death was a huge shock and a lasting reminder on the importance of talking openly about mental health, especially for men.

I’m raising funds and awareness to help prevent more lives being lost too soon.
