My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’ve walked with the black dog for years.

As a teenager, I was told I had no opinion. As a young man, I learned to hide the ones I had. Now, at 50, I stand for something different.

I champion the right for men to speak. To say, “I’m not okay.” To be open, honest, and unapologetically human.

There’s still stigma. Still silence. But I believe in a future where a man can admit he’s struggling, and be met with compassion, not judgment.

Until that day comes, I’ll keep showing up. I’ll keep talking. I’ll keep supporting men’s mental health, mental health in general, with everything I’ve got.

Because it's OK not to be OK!

I have had facial hair for years! I was probably born with it. I have had a beard for so long no one knows me without it. I was challenged by my brother to shave it off for Movember!
