My motivation

The person you least expect has mental health. I work in the funeral business and see the impact of mental health and suicide, in the last 12 years of working I have seen a lot of suicides and the vast majority of suicides are young to middle aged men, from the outside most men do not portray any signs of mental health or even any signals of feeling down, I want to get lads talking about mental health, because it can help to talk, you would be amazed how many lads suffer from it, I want to raise awareness and raise funds to help in anyway possible. Our Dads,Bros,Sons and friends need our help please join me to help in any way possible. I am raising funds for Movember to help raise awareness and support the vital work of this amazing cause. COME ON LADS DON THE TASH. If you don't feel like growing a tash you can help in anyway possible there's also a 60k walk i will be participating in if you would like to join me. Or any way you like
