My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember I'm raising funds and awareness for critically important causes, causes that may sometimes be overlooked: suicide prevention, male mental health, and prostate and testicular cancer.

Too many people are silently struggling with their mental health, and tragically, suicide remains one of the leading causes of death among males. I believe we need to change the conversation-break the stigma, encourage openness, and ensure support is available when it's needed most.

I'm also standing up for the men battling prostate and testicular cancer. Early detection and better treatments save lives, but awareness and a willingness to get checked is key.

Movember isn't just about moustaches, anyone can take part either through moving, setting up a fundraising event, and of course, growing a moustache. Every donation helps fund lifesaving research and mental health programs that make a real difference.
