Hi Everyone, and thank you for visiting this page.

Globally, suicide rates are alarmingly high, particularly among men. For our family, this hit home in January 2020 when my younger brother Nick died by suicide—he was just 34. This year, 2025, Nick would have turned 40, and it feels fitting to honor him by supporting a charity he regularly championed in his lifetime.

Nick struggled with his mental health and depression for several years, and I know he took strength from speaking up and supporting others through Movember. Sadly, too many men “tough it out,” keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. My aim this Movember is to do something positive in Nick’s memory—supporting this fantastic charity and helping prevent men from dying too young.

I was always Nick’s serious older brother growing up, and fiercely protective of him. After he died, I felt I had let him down, wishing I could have done more, and even angry at him for not asking for help. But Nick was the happy-go-lucky younger brother with a wicked sense of humor—the life of any party. His ability to turn girls into Spurs fans and have them memorizing football stats just to impress him still baffles me, but it’s a testament to his infectious character.

This Movember, I will be growing my Mo in Nick’s memory, knowing he would want me to speak up, support others, and help men find the help they need to thrive.

One last thing, I look AWEFUL with a moustache - and Nick would have loved this! :)
