My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.

It’s getting more and more common that unfortunately we all know someone who has taken their life due to mental health. Movember aims to spread awareness and support men’s mental health, suicide prevention as well are awareness for prostate and testicular cancer. By helping me reach my target, the money will contribute to research and fund programs to help support/improve the quality of care available to all men.

I aim to raise money by completing 60k jog, Mo Runner 10k, Leeds 10k and grow a wonderful moustache throughout November, all updates will be posted here, any donations or shares would be greatly appreciated.
