My motivation

On August 23rd, I’ll be taking on the Ironman in Tallinn, a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and a full marathon, to raise money for Movember.

Movember is a men’s mental health charity doing vital work in suicide prevention, early intervention, and support. I chose this cause because my best mate Jack, one of their top fundraisers, has faced his own struggles and shown incredible strength in sharing his story. His journey has inspired me to push my own limits and support a cause that helps men speak up and get help.

Every donation goes toward life changing mental health projects. Thanks for backing me and for backing Movember.
