My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember because after going through my own struggles with my mental health and initially not having access to the right support, I felt very isolated and lost in my own head.

It wasn’t until after my best mate reached out to me and supported me through everything I was dealing with, that I realised how much I was holding in my own head because I struggled opening up.

I was fortunate enough to have some of the closest people in my life support me with my mental health but I know that not everyone has family or close friends to seek help or support from.

Therefore I hope that shaving my beard off will help raise funds for some of the great projects that Movember set up and continue to support
