Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

If I can help prevent just one case of prostate or testicular cancer being a killer by growing a scratchy beard, that would be brilliant. If I could help prevent a suicide of someone who bottles things up: fantastic. We can make a difference.

Please help me look utterly ridiculous in the process! Although some of the family think it's a good look!
