My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

WHAT I'M DOING?
- Climbing Kilimanjaro (my first ever hike) in February 2025 on the Northern Circuit 9 day route, this way it ensures best acclimatisation and success rate for the climb.
- Swimming 20k (12.4 miles) at the Dock2Dock event in August.

WHY AM I RAISING MONEY FOR MOVEMBER?
I have seen many men struggling for various reasons just in 2024 alone due to a series of unfortunate events in their lives. After struggling to understand how to help, I spent several hours looking at best ways to support them and this is when I discovered MOVEMBER. It shocked me to learn that 60 men alone are lost globally every hour (one every minute) due to suicide!

I believe that many men in general struggle to talk about how they feel and share their emotions due to them feeling and looking weak in their own, and in other peoples eyes, but this SHOULD NOT be the case.
