My motivation

As men, we are notoriously poor at recognising health issues and then actually doing something about it.
So I’d like to raise awareness and some funding to help tackle prostate cancer, testicular cancer, as well as mental health and suicide prevention.
Having had some personal health challenges last year, ( only picked up on by my wife who nagged me to do something about it) I know how important this is.
So, myself and a number of colleagues are getting involved to try and raise awareness, as well as some much needed funding.
I’ll obviously share some photos during the month of my pathetic attempt to grow some facial hair!
