My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Mental health and suicide prevention
Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer
Men's health

Another year another Mo, however this year hits harder than those that have come before.

Mark Walton, senior Facilities Manager at T James however, firstly and most importantly a very close friend to my family and I (Coxy’s & Turners) has been battling cancer this year and has been through the mill with the treatments that have been thrown at him and yet he comes out the other side with his head held high, straight back to work.

My Mum, someone that seeks no sympathy or fuss, however she has battled her own cancer battle, she would kill me if I put too much about this. She said it’s easy for men to grow a Mo so she is raising money by smashing 30 mins of exercise everyday throughout November so I will be joining her with my own daily exercise to push the pounds off of my body and up on my fundraising pot.

People rely on charity to be there when we need it but don’t back it when we don’t.
We unfortunately never know when we will need help and it certainly does not pick and choose.
