My motivation

Over the past couple of years, I personally know of 3 young men that have taken their own lives due to their struggles with mental health. It’s an issue that’s taking so many lives not just in my hometown of Stoke-On-Trent but all over the UK.

This month I’m raising funds and awareness to help highlight these challenges and hopefully extend the resources and help available to men that need it!

It’s heartbreaking to see so many men suffer and so many families torn apart due to the hole that’s left after losing a loved one.
