That’s the 60km target smashed already! As a personal goal, I’m going to try and hit 60km of pure running.
I had to skip a run this week due to being a bit ill, but I’m getting back on the horse very soon.

So far, the Movember Business Club has raised an incredible £1.53 million for men’s health and this is down to your amazing fundraising! The support you and your colleagues have given us will ensure Movember can help more men to live happier, healthier and longer lives.
