My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

My Granddad passed away after a fight against prostate cancer and it's a small way of remembering him and raising awareness and help raise money in the battle against this cruel disease.

A number of my friends have struggled with various mental health issues. A few have made attempts on their life with one unfortunately ending his. If making myself look a bit silly for 30 days can get people talking then it can only be a good thing.
