My motivation

What's the biggest killer of people under 35 and Men under 50? Suicide is. I'm growing a moustache and doing my 60km this Movember to help raise funds to support mental health. I can only hope my looking daft for a month can help people suffering with their own mental health.

I have ongoing issues with mental health, but through NHS and charity support I have learned to manage it - without that help I wouldn't be the man I am today. I have a beautiful wife, a career, our flat and a future because of that support I received.

I'm growing a moustache and facing the displeasure of my wife for not having the beard she's known our entire relationship to raise funds to make sure other people have that same support to win the fight against their own mental health issues. Please, if you can, chuck a quid in the pot to help raise money to provide that support for others - it really does make a difference!
