My motivation

In a time where talking about your feelings is becoming normal for our generation of young men, many of our dads and their dads still find it incredibly hard. I’m running the Hackney Half this year for my dad and my uncles, who are navigating the recent loss of their father—my Pop. I’m hoping by growing this Mo it encourages young men, their siblings and mates to reach out to their old man and maybe tell him you love him.
