My motivation for taking on the Starcross Shuffle for Movember is deeply rooted in the critical need to support men’s mental health. This 7-hour endurance event, where I’ll be pushing myself to complete as many 6.6-mile laps as possible, is not just a physical challenge, but a way to raise awareness and stand up for a cause that is incredibly important to me.

Globally, the rate of suicide among men is alarmingly high. Too many men feel the need to "tough it out," keeping their emotions bottled up, struggling in silence. Movember’s mission is to break down those barriers and offer the support and resources men need to open up, seek help, and prioritize their mental health. By participating in this event, I hope to shine a light on this issue and help stop men from dying too young.

Every step, every lap, and every bit of support I can raise will go toward saving lives and changing the narrative for men's health. This is more than just a race—it's an opportunity to make a difference.
