My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Testicular cancer
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention
Prostate cancer

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

To raise money I’ll be running 5 ultra marathons across the 5 weekends of November.

November 1st - Exmouth backyard ultra
November 7th - TBA
November 14th - Taunton to Exeter School
November 21st - Exeter School backyard ultra
November 29th - West Buckland School to Exeter School

Happy International Men's Day to all our school community Mo's!

And what a day it is - your support has been instrumental in helping us campaign for the government to take action on men's health and launch a Men's Health Strategy, and today we saw this become a reality! Head to the Stories tab on our website to read our response to this happy news.

So far this Movember our community of schools and colleges have been hosting fun runs, completing dares after reaching fundraising milestones, hosting talent nights, moving for men's health, talking about men's health in the classroom and, of course, growing Mo's.

You've also all been absolutely smashing it in raising critical funds to help the men we love live healthier, happy and longer lives. Let's take a look at the Schools Challenge leaderboard a little over half way through the month.
