My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, on average, 1 man dies by suicide every minute of every day. On November 16th 2024, I aim to complete my first Ultra Marathon - 60km (37 miles) - to symbolise the 60 men that suicide takes globally, every hour.
I'll also be growing a moustache, which I can only imagine will be a tragedy!
If running a few miles and growing some terrible facial hair helps encourage men to openly speak up, whilst raising funds and awareness for Movember's vital services in supporting male suicide prevention, then pass me a razor and let’s lace up them running shoes!
Training through the cold, dark months of October and November will be tough, so I welcome and encourage anyone to join me, regardless of running ability. Since I started running in early 2023, it has profoundly improved my mental and physical well being.
No donation is too small.
Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health and raising awareness for suicide prevention.
