My motivation

Mental health issues for men remains at an all time high and this is sadly seen in the ever growing numbers of male suicides.
I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives.
Men don’t talk, they don’t share, they keep it inside.
If they do share then it’s rarely the fall story of what’s going on in their head and heart.
Why? Because we get scared, and men shouldn’t be scared of anything should they ???
