My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

In honour of my grandfather and to raise awareness for men's health, I’m not shaving for a month and walk 100km. It’s a small way to stand in solidarity and promote the importance of taking care of ourselves—physically and mentally.
My grandfather fought a brave battle with cancer for over five years, always putting others before himself. Unfortunately, in his selflessness, he often neglected his own health. Losing him was a painful reminder of how important it is to take care of ourselves.
I've also faced my own struggles with mental health, and it wasn’t until then that I truly understood the importance of mental well-being. This experience has changed the way I approach self-care, recognizing that both physical and mental health deserve attention.
While supporting others is admirable, prioritizing personal well-being is equally crucial!
