This is my third year raising money for this great cause. There is a bit about my personal mental health difficulties below. Thank you for looking at my page and share or donate if you're able to.

Trigger warning.

I've suffered with mental health difficulties and illness from age 10, i was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at 16 and I've taken medication every since. My depression and anxiety is mostly under control now although I still go through periods of struggling. At my worst I made several attempts on my life and self harmed for a number of years. Thanks to therapies, medication and the support of my parents, brother, wider family, friends and my loving wife I'm through the worst of it.
My story is a successful one but for 1 man every minute around the globe that isn't the case. Movember provides support for men and raises awareness for men's mental health.
