My motivation

November is the one month of the year, which is saved for men's issues.

Unfortunately, men's issues are not talked about enough throughout the year, never mind in November.

In the UK, 40% of men have never spoken to anyone about their mental health.

This leads to men not having conversations about their issues, which ultimately results in resolving their problems.

Instead, what happens is that men nurse the pain caused by their problems with substance abuse, sex, pornography, violence, anti-social behaviours, and isolation.

Ultimately, this has led to men taking up 78% of the deaths by suicide statistics .

Please donate to continue the important impactful work that has already been carried out through the 1,250 worldwide men's mental health projects that Movember has funded.
